awkward bathroom long elevator wait
the location was convenient (near shops and restaurants).
The room seemed smaller than expected. the bathroom layout was awkward. The toilet was cramped, and i bumped my knees against the glass wall. waiting for an elevator took up to ten minutes at times. (i ended up using the stairs often).

I found the breakfast choice extensive. The staff were very helpful at all times. Moustafa arranged transport efficiently .

Solid Hotel Near the Beach

updated room gym facilities
The room was recently updated and spacious. The gym has new model treadmills and a smith machine. I found the sauna and steam room beneficial. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety.
The hotel has no private beach. The area is very busy, and there is a lot of traffic to access the hotel. My room was noisy due to this environment.

convenient location breakfast buffet balcony area insufficient air conditioning slow elevator warm room
the location is very convenient. i found many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the breakfast buffet was large with many choices (especially the omelet station!). the balcony offered a nice area to sit.
The air conditioning did not get cold enough. i found the room temperature never went below 22 degrees celsius. the elevators were slow. I sometimes waited a long time.
